FA Cup: Bracknell Town (A) 14 October 2023

Bracknell Town is a member of the level 7 Southern League Premier Division South sitting mid-table at 13 out of 22.

Could this be a turn around match for our Daggers? We all hope so and should be. A close match would have be very worried for the rest of the season.

There is an absolute chasm between that level and ours. If we are professional then it can only go one way. But there's always a chance in the cup.

And an extra bit of inspiration for Bracknell is hosting us in front of the BBC TV cameras. But Daggers need to get into that hat for the first round no excuse and also to remind them what a win feels like.

Went to buy tickets for Saturday but you can’t buy under 18 tickets in advance only on the gate, capacity is 2k so hopefully they don’t sell out before then. Ridiculous rule.

I need one for my 9 year old? The £8 I’ll save will buy him lunch why would I pay 5 times the price for him? Not cheap day petrol etc, feel free to buy me a ticket and DM me the QR code.

Can’t you send him down a mine to do a couple of days work? Let him pay his own way!

That's a bit harsh, you can't send them down the mine until they're 11 these days.

You would forgive anyone watching us on TV today for thinking that our players only met on the bus there. Terrible flow to our play, you’d have thought we are desperate to dish out a good hiding and get our tails up

This is a hard watch, the boy was mad enough to go. At least I can turn it off.
How are we being matched by these part timers ??

Bringing on Kendal is like throwing in the towel!
Fortunately Mussa also on so hopefully he can produce something, but it’s a painful watch

If you went to the game today while it's on free TV then I salute you... 70 minutes in and this is utterly dreadful. Beyond the first ten minutes we've offered nothing.
