New Daggers manager

What pros and cons of managing our fine football club would prospective new managers have to consider when deciding whether to apply for the position. I'll give u a starter for 10
Pros:
A loyal but fair supporter base. Even now, the stick the manager/players get at an actual game remains minimal imo
Football league club (just)
Potential if an inexperienced manager to make a real name for himself
Being a London/South East club I still feel helps us in attracting players of the calibre we need at our level
Cons:
3rd lowest budget in the league or the lowest depending on if results are going badly
Probably going to have to bring through and sell at least 1 player per year for substantial wonga
Will sometimes be required to train at parsloes park despite the fact the stadium pitch is perfectly useable
Anything else to be added to either list .... ???
