This is a shame but no surprise given the current form on the pitch. Long and expensive day out.

What would be nice is if the new owners could do something similar to what GH did, and give £5000 to the supporters club to subside coach travel for long away games such as these. Not so much for the regulars, but to encourage those who might not travel to do so.

No way spend it on the team or ground improvements. If people want to go they will. Train was much cheaper option to the coach if you booked early enough.

Crap football ground too... need binoculars to be able to see the pitch with the running track round the outside.
If there is anybody still interested and prepared to 'rough it a bit' via going up with National express coach Friday night and coming back
late Saturday night Victoria to Newcastle its £34 online which is actually what I'm paying on train with Grand Central booked in advance. Certainly could act as a sleeper, bit refreshed and ready for the game and a few beers in the Schooner pub and time for drink in Newcastle's vibrant town afterwards but would be pushing the barrel a bit for the effort the way we've been playing lately. True, its to far from the pitch and with a typical non league crowd everywhere you turn is vast space but always enjoy heading this way, find the Geordies a friendly bunch , first year with quite a few North East neutrals we had a decent following, last year 72, no supporters coach Saturday, should imagine its gonna be hard to be heard.

Been a bad week so will be there Dagdale as chance to get away from it.
What time you leaving London mate
What time you leaving London mate
8.06 Kings cross mate to Sunderland, but seems most of the lads are going around that time with LNER to Newcastle. You cant get back after game with Grand Central trains as last one leaves from Sunderland about just after 5 and a metro needed and 30 minutes from Gateshead International. thus a night job to celebrate our win!
