Club is spiraling into oblivion and nobody can do anything about it, fans have given up and can’t be bothered to do anything about it. I think the football is the least of our problems and before long we will be out of business.
Didn’t go yesterday, I won’t go to the next match or the one after that. 1500 there yesterday and people are sat here complaining that the club isn’t doing well enough and things won’t change? Look at yourselves first because you’re all pathetic for going, you’re all funding the shit show that this club is and by putting your money and face behind the club you are giving it permission to continue.
If you want change at the club, start with yourself and change how you support it.

This. Only been once at home this season, had zero enjoyment. Hate the matchday experience now.NBDag wrote: Sun Oct 05, 2025 10:23 am Didn’t go yesterday, I won’t go to the next match or the one after that. 1500 there yesterday and people are sat here complaining that the club isn’t doing well enough and things won’t change? Before anyone calls me a shit fan, went Salisbury, Dover, Spalding.
Going Little Oakley next week and Bath next month.
I don't disagree with this...BUT...the club doesn't give a flying f*** about the fans. In fact, for some individuals involved with the club, fans are nothing more than an inconvenience and therefore the fewer of them the better.NBDag wrote: Sun Oct 05, 2025 10:23 am Didn’t go yesterday, I won’t go to the next match or the one after that. 1500 there yesterday and people are sat here complaining that the club isn’t doing well enough and things won’t change? The club is doomed, nothing is going to change. It's had its heart and soul ripped out bit by bit over the past 15 years and is now on life support. There is zero enjoyment derived from setting foot inside the ground. It used to be a positive place where you could have an enjoyable afternoon with friends no matter what the result was - now its just a depressing morgue. Supporting the local non-league team used to be something to take pride in, now its a chore.

1580 total crowd 288 away.
of the 1300 home probably 800 ish paid up front with season ticket
not sure on annual wage bill for team (players and management) was at least 1 and half million back in mcmahon's days
if down to say 1.2 million a year That's 100k a month to pay wages, can't see anyone who want to keep bank rolling us for much longer...

Crowds are made up, never was there 1300 home fans, before the game most of family stand was sold out but again that was half empty and when I walked around to the sieve just before the game was about 250 max in it, it’s a trend from last season to include purchased tickets within the figures to make us look good to sponsors or investors.
I have been supporting the Daggers in various forms for over 60 years and have seen this decline before 1992 and I feel grateful that we have managed to keep going this long.
Our promotion out of the conference was a poisoned chalice as we had to spend large sums upgrading the ground and we are the subject of a slow decline because we were never really financially viable.
Our gate revenue was never enough to cover our costs when we went fully professional.
We would need a regular crowd of about 5,000 (something like the gates Southend get) and we have never achieved that even when we were in League 1 .
Each new Owner comes in thinking that they have the ability to turn things around and increase crowd income .
I really don't know how we can maintain the club as fully professional and was surprised that we tried to do it this season. I know of quite a few players who are more talented than most of this squad and are semi-pro through their own choice of life style.
Someone has to bite the bullet and go back to basics and a sustainable business plan.

Was sat directly in front of someone, who was 100% involved in the recruitment process (candidate) back in the summer, he asked not to be named, so I won't say who he was, others might of noticed him, don't know.
He said that our budget is excellent this season, for the level, easy top 3 or 4, the problem is the recruiment has been absolutely shocking, said he wouldn't keep more than literally a couple of what we have brought in.
Hemmings being completely mis-used, totally different system to what he was in at Kidderminster last season.
He had a better track record than Bradbury, but was not chosen, & also Jerry Gill would have been 100% better choice anyway, out of the 2 we got.
Didn't really say either way on the supposed new investors being in or out, at this point.

Although Hemmings got onto the end of a cross and scored most of the time he seems to pick up the ball deep in midfield but hoping that once Carroll comes back he will play perhaps a different role further forward. With regard to our budget I imagine that that both Hemmings and Carroll must be on tidy sums and would agree that a number of our players are clearly not good enough.

Worst part is the anger was gone yesterday. Just resignation to the current situation. Football is as bad as ever. Bradbury hasn’t got a clue long ball nonsense. Defo weren’t 1,500 there as well. What a year 2025 has been.

87 days since the last statement in regard to the new ownership. However, apparently Qatar were in attendance vs maidstone. Doesn't make sense considering there has been rumours of them pulling out.

I don't expect owners or potential investors to come out and show bank statements and what they had for breakfast, but treating the fans like shite and constantly keeping us at arms length is no way to ingratiate them with the very people they hope to attract. If there's nothing on the horizon then f..king come out and say it, it's not asking much is it!
At least we can all agree on one thing despite the deafening silence and that is the fact that this club is as shit on the pitch as it is off it.
At least have a fans forum, something!!! Anything!! FFS. A bit of common decency goes a long way.
I'm sick to death of seeing a club website showing a 250 club, player of the month, club shop opening hours FFS, total and utter bollocks, utter shite the lot of it.
Thompson show some stones, and tell us what the fcuk is going on!!!!

Here’s my thoughts, Underdog have said the new owners can’t do anything or say anything until the deal is completed in full, which makes sense if you’re selling an asset. The person’s or people taking over are PEP’s (Politically exposed persons) which is causing all the delays. Could be completely wrong of course but the fact underdog have now removed any mentioned of us from all their websites confirms it’s happening. I asked Grabowski what’s happening said it’s just taking time and will happens soon, there were Qataris present. Saturday saw them myself.
The MD I heard was ill in hospital and did not attend the game Saturday. Wish him well.

From what I know from various people Club Underdog since their ownership have just done their own thing without consultation because that's the way they operate and look where it got us. They are keeping us in the dark now and we are not likely to hear anything until a deal is finalised.
I hope Steve Thompson is fit and well soon.

Interesting that Rizzetta has started a new Underdog company which seems to have Campobasso as its sole investment, and this seems to be totally separate from North Sixth. Rizzetta and Hall have both left North Sixth but it's unclear who they sold or gave their shares to. And unclear whether North Sixth gave away or sold Campobasso to Rizzetta's new outfit.
