A game we should win on paper but with our home form so poor cannot take anything for granted. I also think Bradbury may consider resting a couple of players, which I hope he doesn’t such as Carroll and Dieng and also Harrack will be missing through international duty.
If this happens I can see us struggling to win this game as a run in the trophy would be good for the club.

I was at that game at Wembley and Terry scored a brilliant diving header to take the lead but unfortunately we conceded two goals in the last five minutes and lost the game.Sagres wrote: Fri Nov 14, 2025 10:08 am https://x.com/i/status/1988985382827155874

I'd like to get through in this competition but if we can't do so against a side in the relegation zone of the Isthmian North, while being able to shake up the squad, then we might as well give up what slim hope there is left.
I'd have pretty much all of the bench at Bath City starting, plus Khaleel and Broad if he's fit by now. Would be good to get some confidence into Haigh and Hemmings as well.

Agreed, I’d be resting a lot of players here and still expecting a win. Carroll should not be anywhere near the lineup. It’ll become obvious very early on that the Tilbury players will just want to leave mark on him, if he does start.
I’d look to play Barden, Stephenson, Khaleel, Scott, and Maghoma and then get minutes into the injured lads wherever possible. I do believe Marsh is back training so he has to get a run out here you’d hope. As for Haigh, I don’t think he’s short of confidence. If anything he has too much of it despite the quality he has provided. I’d drop him for the foreseeable until he earns his way back into any starting XI.

I’d go full strength, it’s our last chance of doing anything this season. Go out and season is over mid November.

Bradbury's interview `its a real challenge for us, a real though one.`
How low we have fallen with expectations, ahead of playing Tilbury.
Lets hope its not another 0-0. We have already 5 in the league this season.
