A game against the top of the table team tomorrow in which the manager has said we still have eight players out injured. In view of this it does make you wonder why Rashawn Scott and Ashley Hemmings have both been allowed to go out on loan in the last seven days particularly as we are short of attacking players!
We were awful last Saturday so would need a vast improvement to get anything from this game.

Expecting nothing at all from this game against the league leaders on a ten game unbeaten run... There will be inevitable goal from someone like Sidwell or Vincent to bring the mood back down after the recent takeover excitement.

Only positive is Paul McCallum is out for three weeks so won't feature... that would have been a goal in waiting in front of our fans.

Judging by recent dealings we are just trying to keep costs low through to the end of the season. Wonder how much of Hemmo wages we need to pay as Oxford won't get near it. So paying him to play for someone else whilst we can't fill the bench.

Alternatively maybe we've got a couple of new signings lined up for tomorrow but I won't hold my breath.

Huge win. PK and Haigh were both brilliant.

What a great performance after last Saturdays debacle, Kalambi made so much difference at the back and deserved MOM, everyone put a shift in even though it was looking a bit nervy at times near the end, seems like the orders were to “park the bus” again but we had chances when they were pushing for an equaliser at the end, so pleased I went as I expected a tonking to be honest. Onwards and upwards.

What difference a week can make, as already said two brilliant performances from PK and Haig. Cannot understand how the incident in the first half when Haig was pushed through the gate didn't result in a penalty as anywhere else on the pitch that would have been a free kick.
The reason we are not top of the league was illustrated fully today because of our complete inconsistency on a game to game basis.
Unfortunately it seems we have now got a couple of more injuries during the game.

Great win. 1900 home fans on a non discount day, 350 away fans.

Would normally be 1300 home fans at most,

great support won us that game- sucked the ball into the net second half long may it continue.

How bad was the no-call on the push Haig received that sent into into the tunnel area. On the MixLR it sounded like a terrible push that deserved a straight red.
I am so tired of the heat and humidity of the summers in the southeastern USA.
