Today the FA have banned brick walls around football pitches following the death of Billy Vigar last year, this has to be implemented as soon as possible, this is obviously going to affect the wall in front of the Bury Rd end and the Sieve, I would imagine that it will be a high cost to bring the ground up to this new standard and an expense that will take away future funding from the team!

The FA are subsiding the cost, this is for all clubs.

Yes I thought about our ground when I read this story. I think it's a good thing as that wall next to the Sieve is very close to the pitch !
