Dorking Away All Ticket?

Some conflicting information. Our website says that fans are 'encouraged' to buy tickets in advance of the game on Saturday but when you click on the Dorking website it says the game is All Ticket which also means signing up to the Dorking ticketing scheme . So what does that mean then? Is it all ticket or not? Can't say that I'm very impressed with whoever is updating our website. First no proper communication about the Farnham game being moved and now contradicting information on the tickets for Saturday. Do these clubs actually want real fans turning up anymore or are they only bothered about how many views we get online in empty stadiums?

Its finally here and to start with 'fellow favorites' hopefully should be some game, every Season shut down seems to drag this one especially but who would ever have thought end of last Season so much new Personal in and at last a good young gaffer this level with an experienced Father on board surely we wont f**k it up this time. Should certainly bring down leafy Surrey the support the team will need, and the Wanderers throwing in a few freebies. Be a real good one for the meet up! 10 years plus last eliminator and that was broken at the second game, far to long trying to get out of this League, weve certainly be patience!
A very tough game against a team who finished fourth last season but perhaps should have won the league had their form not been so bad at the end. We have a few injuries that will not help our cause so will be interesting our team selection.
I'm hoping we put on a decent show and come away with something from the game but will be difficult.

First half was very good second half once A.C. sent off it was very much backs to the wall. Unfortunately, once Andy was booked early in the first half it was inevitable that each time he went near one of their players they appealed to the referee in order to get him sent off. Not sure why he got sent off as nobody seemed to see it. A great victory in the end but now without our centre forward for three games.

Carroll is a liability. So obvious that they were trying to get him sent off. Hmm I’ve got a really good idea - grow the f**k up son and stop behaving like a spoilt kid. Absolute clown

If you look at the video the red card is unjustified and i hope we are appealing .
The dorking player appears to have pulled Andy’s hair and pushed him over.

The Dorking players were trying to get him sent off all game and then the ref (who was poor) couldn't wait to send him off. Up to then he was having a good game, I see him as an asset not a liability. I don't think we'll earn a win as much all season.
Now the SE27 Dagger
Dorking are great with the online stuff, the Bunch of Amateurs docuseries, the media friendly manager. They generate a lot of positive feelings from neutrals.
But behind all that is pretty cynical stuff on the pitch. I don't blame them, they're punching above their weight and come from nowhere. Just saying how I see it. I do think they get the refs on side from the reputation they've built, and seem to get away with a lot. The fella stuck Haigh into the metal gate last season, and they're always rolling around.

I was going to asked if this might be a case of Andy being pushed around more than really should be allowed for most of the match and getting fed up with it. Hopefully there is good video evidence of this and this can be overturned.Auntie Merge wrote: Sun Aug 09, 2026 7:55 am If you look at the video the red card is unjustified and i hope we are appealing .

I am so tired of the heat and humidity of the summers in the southeastern USA.

You're correct:
Andy was being pushed, pulled, tugged every time he had the ball, yet the ref let play go on.
If you notice from the video, the ref had his back to the incident.
Even the video evidence seem to show a Dorking player initialising the incident, then having another swipe at him at the end.
Trust me, the ref didn't get any better as the game went on
