I'm not a sack the manager person, but the reluctance to change from a 3 and the inability to defend set pieces is really starting to grate. Especially following his fairly glib-sounding 'we've just got one or two things to iron out' after the orient game. Urgh.

i’ll think we’ll be ok and we’ll soon be back to wining ways.
What macca has got to do his get rid of the players not doing it, before they cost him his job.
They work on it all week and on the day, do exactly the feckin opposite of what they’ve been told, ie westy at woking.
Players these days aren’t the sharpest tools in the box, and if i don’t do my job as i’m told by my boss, i’ll be out on my arse!!

In case anyone hadn’t realised, the poll is open and you are able to change your vote at any time.

Enough now, this is delusional leaving him in charge. 5 wins in 15 with that budget is criminal.

Not too bothered on the poll in here but thought this was interesting - here's the thread asking people to pick a 23 man squad + gaffer, one from each club in the NL. Three of them have Daryl as the Daggers representative !

The irony that he would probably find a way to get the best players in the league in each position and then play them in a weird formation with vatious guys out of position and no ability to defend crosses or set pieces

Play offs two seasons in a row Bottled it
FA Trophy vs York Bottled it
Two games against Gills Bottled it

New contract due then.

Can you imagine what life would be like if we had won Apart from having a third round tie with Leicester?
You would have nothing to whinge about (although Kane tried last night)
Your posts are so predictable, have you had personal issues with the club? I think we’re all disappointed over recent seasons but at the end of the day we are just a national league club not premier league or championship! Unless there is a multi million pound a season investment from a sugar daddy things are not going to change, if McMahon was a quality coach he wouldn’t be at Dagenham, same goes for the playing staff, although I often have a moan I like to think it’s constructive and not just the same old bitching time after time after time. If things are so bad why bother? I’m sure your personal mental health would improve.
