Surprised by this move, and a bit disappointed, something I didn't think I'd ever say about Medy moving on given some of his displays. Thought he had a pretty good season last year, and would have been key for us again this year, so I'm disappointed he's gone, but wish him all the best.

As for Pittman, I'm glad he's not signing, never particularly rated him.

Has JP gone elsewhere or just not fancied? Haven't seen anyone else on trial who could do the wide and central attacking role

Just as I was beginning to warm to Medy, he ups and goes! As for Rhys, I understand it's likely to be September as things stand (no pun intended)!

Extra pressure now on whoever is up top come August as Medy did manage to score a goal or two... we can't be relying just on Abu to support a few goals

I hope we do not rush him back, as we need him playing like he did last year before his injury.

It seems , (sadly IMO), that Jamie Cureton may be about to sign up again with Cheltenham.
Well I am expecting the couple of weeks to turn into a couple of months and then the other normal bollocks oh he missed pre-season he is playing catch up like we heard all last season about Wilko.

Or he gets pulled back in too early because we are on a losing streak of four or five with no goals and then we lose him for the whole season... will feel much happier with another striker to come in who sounds like him could still be a starting XI player even when Rhys is fit.

Good luck to him.I always liked him although he did have a poor spell once or twice.I put that down to Stilly playing him out of position and hoofball .He was pretty consistent under Wayne. We will actually miss this player.

Busy man he is cos he has just knocked in a 35 yarder for us tonight

The last thing we want to do with Cureton is get him match fit AND get his goalscoring eye back in if he is going back to Cheltenham ;)

2 days ago Cristian Tello and Medy were playing for Barcelona and Dagenham respectively. Tonight, they played against each other. It's a funny old game eh.

Very sad to see Medy leave, thought he had his best season for us last year. Chambers needs to hit the ground running at this rate!
