I read that Luton gave him £500,000 for a 2 and half year deal when he first joined. Must admit who would turn that down from a rival conference club.

Just hope whoever we get has the drive and energy to move this club forward (again).

If that is true it was money well spent seeing as he got them back in the EFL

Never understood the grief he gets. He’s the greatest manager we’ve ever had. Gave us highs that’ll never be replicated. Should be a statue of him outside the ground. Good luck to him earning a few quid.
