Lets be honest, they were not a good side. The lad Power who scored the goal (which was a great strike) was their only decent player. They will finish 16th - 18th I would have thought.
If I come away and think we have lost to a good side but done all we can I am happy. I remember the 2003 game against Yeovil. They came and played us off the park and beat us 4-0 (I think it was 4-0) but we clapped them off as they were superb. We didn't boo our team off as there was not a lot they can do.
But Saturday was awful, and as I say, I have been a fence sitter for the most part but another repeat of that and I will have to join the out campaign I think. Two or three of them players are just not good enough. Ladabie for me sums up the whole approach at the moment. Lethargic, slows the play down, no energy or urgency. Bouchard was the same when he came on in the most bizarre substitution of the season. I thought John Moncur had joined the coaching staff the way the two of them kept spinning round in circles.
