I think Courtney Naylor scored the winner,and it was the 2nd time the teams tried,after the first was washes out

Paul Cobb scored first

I remember they wanted to charge everyone again for the rescheduled fixture until a quick u turn and the game was free. The only time we ever won there.

So was the first game abandoned or postponed after everyone was in?

Postponed after a huge downpour in the hour or so before kick off if I remember rightly, very late decision.

Yes we were all in the ground and they called it off. They then tried to withhold refunds which we went ballistic about, I remember the club official did a runner to the exit when confronted. Eventually I think those of us who hung around long enough got our money back.
