The club had been its normal ‘keep mushrooms in the dark
about injured players. Balanta walking around on crutches and not a peep out of the club of what is injury or how long he is likely to be out. Also what about our other lame duck, Harry Phipps ! Don’t recall Zouma having a game or minutes yet either. At least Walsall say that Wilkinson, Gordon and Ladabie won’t to fit until Christmas. Has John Gowans got a job with them !

Balanta pulled a muscle after yawning.
Should be back sometime in April.

Apparently McMahon mentioned in his interview that Balanta tripped over a blade of grass or something and another player had a collapsed lung, which is quite serious of course. Even though l have played the recording back several times, l still have not got the faintest clue who he was talking about. I wish he would slow down when he talks and speak more clearly !

Zouma has the collapsed lung.

So it is not just me that has a hard time deciphering what he says. I thought it was just me having a go at picking up the different accent on that side of the Atlantic and I hated to bring that up since I figured I was in the extreme minority in having this problem.
