For coming out and having the stones to say he was embarrassed, I would give the armband to Rance. As much as I rate Robbo he's not a leader on the pitch.
There's probably only 4-5 players I'd keep the rest I'd get rid of.
That is of course after I'd gotten rid of Thompson and the manager.

Tbh none of the possible partners for Manny are good enough, Tavares is a stop gap defensive midfielder, and Morias has to get shunted out wide to get anywhere near a balanced system. We don't have the players to play any of 433, 352 or 442 effectively.

Several players need to move on and others need to come in but I wouldn't trust McMahon to do it right.

Nobody who has ever played as a defender because they clearly dint have a clue.
