Maidstone United home

A game tomorrow against a team that are in a poor run of form with only one win from their last six games. Not sure if our injury situation has improved but believe Carrol and Kalambayi are still suspended. Not very confident of winning this game but desperately hope that we do.

Allegedly Howes is back but the manager alludes to further players missing with illness. All of Maghoma, PK, Carroll will be missing. I'd be absolutely amazed if we can get a win.

If the ownership issues is not sorted soon enough this manager will take us down, clearly not good enough.

I’m going but not for the football.

Happily not going. Hopefully we win but if we lose then I don’t think I’ll care, it’s no different to every other week of supporting this club in recent years.

Let’s face it. We’re going down. The club will go out of business. It’s over.

I’m not going to beat about the bush on this…. We were rudderless today!
We lacked leadership on and off of the pitch,
We lacked ideas and awareness,
There was no organisation or teamwork at set pieces,
When we were breaking from defence players were walking out instead of busting a gut to get up and support, very little noise coming from the bench, overall it was a shambles, playing with the wind in the first half we couldn’t get a grip on the game and seemed frightened to take a shot from distance, second half Maidstone used the wind taking a few shots and one of them went in, game over! Men against boys!
we were denied a stonewall penalty just before half time and no doubt Bradbury will say that it cost us momentum and therefore the game, that and the fact that the grass wasn’t long enough!!

Totally agree, too lightweight in many positions and I want to see far more commitment and determination all over the pitch.

Just sack him. Bloke started to blame the weather during his post-match interview

On a positive note was Rashawn Scott, he hasn’t featured much so far this season but was a real live wire. When we didn’t have the ball he showed lots of determination in getting it back and when in possession he ran at defenders and in fact made our goal. He got injured and had to be replaced but hopefully won’t be out too long.

I find it hard to take any positive out of yet another loss, despite one or two good spells from individuals we cannot perform as a team, this lands squarely on the shoulders of our head coach and he clearly isn’t good enough.
