Enfield Town (h)

Having done well last week in getting a point at Torquay we now face a team tomorrow only a point above us in the table. With players returning from injury there is no reason why we should not win this game and hopefully that will be the case.

Have you not been watching us this season Len?! There are many reasons why we may not win this game, though naturally I hope your optimism is borne out on the pitch!

No reason? Maybe look at a) the league table, b) our results at home this season, c) the complete lack of creativity so far this season and d) our manager.

I’ve been offered free tickets for this and still can’t be bothered with it, we will probably win now.

Your getting very excitable, cannot understand what point you are trying to make!

Noted an amusing sign outside the Pipe Major on my way to the ground this afternoon, says
The Pipe Major Proud sponsor of Barking FC
Come and support a winning team!

Had to laugh

We won a football match. Long way to go but have to take all the points we can under Bradbury.

'We won a football match. Long way to go but have to take all the points we can under Bradbury'

Suggest it may have something to do with a bit of reorganisation under the new assistant manager. 4 points from 2 games since he arrived

That’s the consequence of not bothering with many games this season

It was an absolutely awful first half but turned it around in the second half and fully deserved victory. Scott was very good and rightly was named man of the match. Need to strengthen defence because conceding far too many goals.

Blimey, what a relief. Were good second half but still almost conspired to throw it away. We rarely seem to get those last gasp winners so it's a nice feeling. Scott deserved MoTM, but I thought Carroll played pretty well today and hopefully things are slowly improving.

Manager did well to get Lawless and Dieng onto the pitch in the end but the shape and other roles at times were bizarre. Definitely think he makes things harder for his players.

Thought Carroll was our best player. Scott is much better on the left than the right as we saw second half. Graham defended with passion too.

He was about to be badly abused at the final whistle if had finished 2-2 and the bradbury out chants would have got very loud...got away with absolute murder there.

keeper looking for a foul but inexperience played its part there i think, looked very young about 18 ish.

We won, nothing more more to be said. 2 wins this season and it’s approaching the end of October. Nothing to be excited about, if it’s a turning point then it’s two months too late, and the club is still royally in the shit.

I’m glad we got 3 points, but I’m not glad that Lee Bradbury has another win to his name. He has to be sacked tonight.
