Can’t imagine it’s us… we have nowhere near 2000 average, back in league two perhaps

But equally we don't get crowds of 1500 but keep announcing it every match!

2000 average, 150 years old, in a top tourist destination, well connected by rail to the north, plans for 3.5k homes opposite the club. I’m not sure what club that is but it certainly isn’t us. If it is us then no wonder the takeover has stalled and needed to be reworked as we have lied through our front teeth with this description

Could be a small handful of clubs in the South including us if you're creative and malleable enough with facts, which you're going to be to a fair degree when marketing something for sale. Our average attendance of around 1700 last season could be considered nearing 2000, while we claim 1881 as the beginning of our ancestry on the badge, which is approaching 150 years old.

Quite confident it's Ebbsfleet though.

Mainly based off the mention of 3500 new homes being built in an adjacent development, which links exactly to this article:

How far from Victoria Road is the new film studio? I remember driving by it a few times but can't wrap my head around location distances exactly now three months removed from my visit. In the US film and TV is not entirely unionized but a lot of it is unionized and those tend to be good paying jobs. I assume that is going to get some homes built nearby for the convenience of those that work there. Sometimes those workdays can be long.
