Really needs to be a win to get our form back up and running. Maybe even Carroll back now that his case is adjourned.
As an aside, does anyone know where the best place is to park for the game? Can’t find anything online.

You probably won’t see Carroll again for a long while, bad ankle ligaments injury.

In the non league grounds guide, it says plenty of parking in the surrounding areas to the stadium. With the weather below freezing last night will the game be on?

Live up the road so know this area quite well and ground, like normal criteria if you get there fairly early parking in and around Vauxhall Road is non restricable well last time I was there, the Rail Station for those coming by train is Euston line and their Statioln is easily a couple of miles out from ground for those wanting a Town Centre more vibe visit walkable via the Canals from the Rail Station. I would go Thameslink very frequent from Farringdon or Pancras to St Albans and another good watering hole place but around 6 miles away via an uber/taxi or 302 bus from rail station or St Peters St, their High Street which actually stops 2 mins walk when you come to Vauxhall Road stop in outskirts of Hemel, before that is three great Country pubs in Leverstock Green: The Plough, Green Man and Leather Bottle you'd pass all of those on the 302 arriva bus and the ground is over the St Albans Road dual carriageway around 12 minutes walk from the Plough, of course their Clubhouse is fairly good and friendly lot and a great Chairman looking after them, went Urchins midweek game there last Season they ran two strobe heaters x 6 I believe even in visitors end to keep fans well comfortable from well in advance game to end, good man! Of course Crabtree pub nearest ground OKay , really hope we can lift these boys today they are really getting it together now and sniffing play offs, hopefully be worth the freezing outing! Oh a nice to somehow get back on here?

What was the ruling for Caroll? Pushed back to a later date or a decision handed down? I can’t find anything recent online except he was to be in court 30 December.

No ruling yet as it’s merely been delayed. In my opinion it’s good news. As if they thought he was a threat to the person (assuming his ex) that the restraining order belongs to, then they would have wanted to deal with him as soon as possible. So in my very unprofessional opinion he’s just facing a slap on the wrists.

Lots of games called off in our league but just discovered Hemel have an artificial pitch which can't say I like them but come in handy for days like today.

if British justice is like American justice his wealth will ensure he is handled with kid gloves.

Yes, generally if you can afford a good lawyer then your outcome will be better.
On the way back from the game. We were pretty bad, can't think we created a single chance in the whole game against bang average opposition.

From the commentary sounded a very poor performance from us.

A dreadful performance and got what we deserved, were lucky it was only one nil in the end. I have absolutely no idea what Marsh adds to the team, he is utterly abysmal every time I've seen him play. Haigh is one of the most frustrating players I've seen for a long time, never knows when to release the ball, and when he does its usually a poor pass anyway. Dieng seems completely half-arsed and seems to offer zero encouragement or showcase the effort and commitment you'd expect from your captain. Their goal was an awful one to concede, Harrack and McKenzie-Lyle didn't cover themselves in glory.
It shows just how bad we are and that anyone thinking we've got a chance at playoffs or promotion clearly needs more medication.

So another season goes by and nothing to shout about. So glad I took a step back this season. The people handling the club are a disgrace, zero communication apart from begging to handover your money for little to show for it on the pitch. Sooner the manager goes the better and we need to go part time next season, the full time pros available at this level are shocking.

Piss poor performance today. We must have the weakest team physically that I’ve ever seen at this club. Always get outfought in midfield, zero pressing when other teams get the ball and no creativity in this team. Need to put in a much better shift next week or we will be out of the Trophy too.

I wouldn’t say it was a poor performance, I’d say it was dire and clueless, first shot on target was around the 70th minute, the organisation defensively and midfield was so bad it was embarrassing, once again giving the ball away cheaply and failing to show any real passion or ability,
the only highlight was driving home to Hornchurch in 45 minutes but my feet were still not totally defrosted!

Everyone was pretty crap today, the goal conceded was embarrassing from KML and Harrack. Then everyone else was putting in a pathetic performance to match. Marsh & Dieng maybe the worst midfield pairing we have seen, whilst Dieng can also take the plaudits for being the most useless captain we have had too. Lawless had a mare, and Haigh just kept making idiot decisions. He’s clearly talented but his brain is straight from the skull of Harvey Price.
Overall though it’s down to the useless Lee Bradbury. Terrible set up for today, terrible tactics and didn’t do enough to combat that. Doesn’t help either that he has built a squad full of sicknotes and players like Khaleel & Scott that have gone awol. Whilst also loaning out two players we desperately could do with to Kidderminster.
