Given he aint gonna get sacked or leave of his own free will just yet what could he do to improve things.
One idea each please.....
Mine.....Get a decent left back has been on my list since Femi left.

Perhaps trying the novel concept of encouraging the team to produce some of the "ugly" side of the game like tackling, heading (esp Labadie, Boucard) & generally making it a little bit difficult for the opposition..as opposed to continually ignoring the fact that what looks good on the 5-a-side pitch in training will only ever partially translate onto a League 2 match.

Put Partridge back in the team ahead of Batt or Saah - Could work well in a back 3 I think.

Stick to the same team for more than one game.
If you can't do that, sort out whatever is being said at halftime as its cost us at least 8 games this season.

I really dont know what to say, or even if they read this forum, but if the board think Wayne is the man for the job then they honestly dont understand football and they dont love this club and want us to go down. its that simple.
