Re: Play Offs
I still think Solihull might progress but if Chesterfield play as well as they did the other night they've got a good chance. Just shows your league form means very little.

Re: Wrexham (H) Thread
Always easy to 'what if' but can't help thinking the point we needed was there if Manny comes straight in to the side after we signed him... its not hindsight to say everyone, all season saw we would score enough goals to go up but let in too many at the same time Not we've seen the same Manny thou...

Re: Wrexham vs Stockport
Yes, watched that earlier and besides that monster long throw their front two of Mullin and Palmer will terrorise us.
The pressure however is totally of us after yesterday so unlikely as I think it might be we might get a chance to derail their title ambitions.

Re: Torquay (H) Thread
I thought we were okay but not great and our final ball and decision making at the vital moments let us down. Summed up by the Walker miss. Fair play to Torquay they came for a game and didn't really resort to too much shithousery save for the fella arguing the free kick distance. And they could hav...

Re: Mr McMahon
I was thinking exactly the same on that corner routine as it was right in front of me, I said to the bloke next to me the next one's going to be different and there it was...we were awful until about last five mins or so when we upped it and second half huffed and puffed. I thought KL played okay wi...

Re: Barnet
It’s going to be results against the teams above us that will cost us I’m afraid. In order to secure a play off berth or better they had to deliver more points. We are moving closer towards being a play off team with the summer ins and outs being even more crucial than usual. Hopefully the owners w...

Re: Barnet
Matt Robinson is Mr Consistent but more convinced than ever now that whoever picks MoTM doesn't actually watch the game. Guy scores a hat-trick and has a great all round game and still cannot get it

Re: Barnet
Crazy game... anyway do Dagenham & Redbridge have bigger expectations than much bigger clubs above them (save for Solihull) ? And before anyone says we have bigger budgets that will clearly not be true of Stockport, Chesterfield, Wrexham and Notts County.

Re: Brinkley (A) err Bromley(A)
Here is the US I follow the university I attended athletics pretty closely. The stadium for gridiron football is field turf so there are plastic blades of grass with a LOT of rubber bits. From an environmental standpoint all of that can not be great. It does save on water and upkeep with less labor...

Re: Brinkley (A) err Bromley(A)
The tech has obviously moved on. I remember the awful ones from the 80s at Luton and QPR and they'd leave burn marks on your legs. You can't have them in the football league hence Sutton had to replace theirs with a grass one when they got promoted. I know their artificial pitch was routinely hired...

I've always parked in nearby streets, never a problem on Saturday or a weekday.Russell_Mears wrote: ↑Thu Apr 07, 2022 8:15 pm I’ve got my tickets - where best for parking at Bromley?
