As to £200-£300 from those not going to the bar,I assume that’s a guess at turnover they’d have generated, not profit on drink sales.
Yes true but if you were banned wouldn`t you like your mates do the same and drink with you somewhere else, also money is money what ever way you look at it but here`s something for you to think about Chris orders the beer etc by what is sold over the bar I know a lot of them were drinking Sol at least five bottles before kick off and no doubt more afterwards so say Chris orders in 200 bottles which are now sitting in the stock room waiting to be sold so how long will it now take to get the money back.( I`m assuming the brewery don`t take them back )

They were all drinking at least 5 bottles before kick off?
Wow.

If the bottles are now sitting in stock then Chris won't need to keep ordering more, so it isn't that big a problem.
It might have an impact on cash flow, depending on the terms for buying them.

But the point is you are not losing 200-300 per game, you are losing is the profit on those daggernewbie, probably no more than 20% ie £40-£60. It’s hardly going to dent the reported £250k shortfall.

As Adrian says, you just don’t order replacements and you sell what’s there over time.

See this is where the nit picking comes in money is money does not matter how small the amount is or how large the amount is and most companies now days do not like stock sitting around waiting to be used. As for your £40 - £60 pounds not making much of a dent you have answered and shot yourself in the foot with your question about the SC donating money on the When will everyone stop nit picking etc. and move forward / thread if we did donate a £1,000 it’s hardly going to dent the reported £250k shortfall.

You really are a tosser. What is the point of the supporters club if it doesn’t support the club. Sounds like it’s time to disband it and let all money raised go straight to the club. I bet if the Supporters Club was disbanded most of the nitpicking would stop. You’re just a bunch of shit stirrers.

Nitpicking? Shot myself in the foot? Why? I’ve asked a simple question, to see if the supporters club were doing what Russell stated they did last time the club had financial trouble. I’d have thought that is question capable of a straightforward answer.
