Also gone is Conor Lawless which is surprising as a very good player although injury prone. Can only assume we have other players coming in?

Hearing Lusala wanted guarantees that he was first option in his preferred position, gaffer could not promise that and wouldn’t be doing so to anyone. A better player lined up to come in for sure. He could not defend very well and that’s the main job for a defender, not bothered by him or Lawless leaving, some freed up funds.
